• Pellet press operation

Training is delivered through structured modules, hands-on sessions and competency assessments, ensuring every operator meets LEH’s internal standards — which exceed many industry benchmarks.

2. Regulatory, Compliance & Safety Training

To maintain EN+, and environmental obligations across the group, staff undergo continual regulatory training including:


• EN+ quality system requirements
• Safety, site discipline and operational control
• Environmental reporting and sustainability obligations
• Product traceability and batch documentation
